-
Refractory Library - - This includes catalogues, and current material technical and safety data sheets, along with specific refractory application, design, and construction literature.
-
Vessel Profiles - To determine wear problems and identify potential areas for zoning.
-
Engineering - To include lining and anchor design with related product information along with professional drawings. In addition to networking with the refractory manufacturers engineering departments, we work with customer designated engineering groups or contract local engineers on a per job basis.
-
Installation Specifications - Includes anchor layout, material placement techniques, equipment recommendations, and individual dryout procedures and schedules.
-
Installation Reports - Includes quality control/assurance on jobsite with information for future improvements.
|
-
Field Personnel - For refractory evaluation, quality control, removal of existing linings, and installation.
-
Construction Scheduling - Computer programmed spreadsheets available for project planning and status reports for daily upgrading.
-
Pre-cast Shapes - For high wear, specialized applications where a controlled dryout is a must for improved service life. We have the capacity to high fire shapes to 1800° F and are currently producing pieces ranging in weight from 10 pounds to 15,000 pounds.
-
Refractory Testing - In addition to normal QC/AC provided during construction and shape manufacturing, we can provide further material evaluation through the manufacturers. If more extensive evaluations are required, we can provide them through private testing service group.
-
Heat Flow Analysis - Computer programs to determine lining design and efficiency.
